HOUSE RENOVATION
Located at Tullow, Co. Carlow.
This project is a complete house renovation. Home renovation, works included new kitchen to be installed, re-wiring, upgrade plumbing, upgrade insulation, 80mm thermal liner boards on all external walls, all new windows, 2 new french doors, new front door, all new floor tiling, re-plastered throughout and painted. Clean up of exterior.

STRUCTURAL ROOF REPAIRS
Located at Tullow, Co. Carlow.
This is phase 2 of an extensive structural repair. It was on a 200 year old building which was re-roofed approx. 40 years ago but was done with insufficient bracing/supports. A water tank was installed some years ago and the weight of the tank made the roof push down and damaged the exterior walls. We had to crane in steel girders and build a new internal roof structure fixed to the inside of the existing roof structure. I was a very labour intensive job as all new roof timbers had to be hand-balled up 3 storey's of scaffolding and in through a hole in the roof.

UNDERPINNING
Located in Carlow.
Subsidence due to broken rain water gulleys caused damage to the structure of a side extension of the house. We removed the existing tiled footpath around the extension, identified existing services (electricity, water mains and drainage services). Then piling sub-contractors moved in to drill 13 steel piles around 4 meters deep, injected grout under pressure. We then re-instated the tiled footpath.
